I heard her knock late at night
Found the door without a light
And I let her in
I asked her where she'd been

She fell to me and held on tight
And said can I just stay here tonight?
Would it be okay?
Would I be in the way?
So I led her up to bed

I lain there for quite some time
Feeling her body close to mine
She didn't breath a word
But through her touch I heard

I said don't worry we'll get there soon
There's not a whole lot that you can do
So just rest for now
I'll try to get us there somehow
And I tried to figure it out
